Mr. Gray-Whiteley is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul. He is licensed in Kentucky and Minnestoa, and is a member of the Sicangu Oyate Bar Association (Rosebud Sioux Tribal Bar).
He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Kelvin Grove College of Advanced Education (now Queensland University of Technology), a Master's Degree from the University of Queensland, and a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
